Precast and steel erection are nearly complete and the vegetated roof is underway. Most major mechanical, electrical and plumbing (MEP) systems are in place with construction continuing until an anticipated substantial completion date in the fourth quarter of 2008. Specialized emergency communications equipment will be installed and tested into the first quarter of 2009.
