Position Summary: |
Responsible for assisting with the management of design, development and capital construction projects and other facility modifications and improvements for County Government. This position will work with and assist staff in project operations and directly manage smaller capital and reconfiguration projects. This position offers substantial growth potential within the Facilities Department. The Planning and Design Group offers a progressive, challenging and rewarding professional experience working with the group's five architects, interior designer, real estate manager and other professionals. Project types include master planning, programming, space reconfiguration, additions and remodels, as well as new capital design and construction projects ranging from small buildings to major civic structures. Qualifications: |
The position requires a Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, interior architecture/design, or related field. A minimum of two years experience in the field is required. |
